Once again, about the lokas. - page 51

Uh-huh, and the means change with the movement. Vladimir, why are you and who are you messing with your head?

Calm down! This is a throw-in, a provocation. Like the word LOK etc. ))

Stop embarrassing yourself. Do you like making idiots of yourselves?

That's it. I'm sick of it. I'm really sick of it.

You can jump on beds, beat up orderlies, hate doctors, who cares? You're crazy. You're allowed to do anything. Go ahead.

But what you can't do is take money. Why not? Because you'll never be able to prove that what you fucked up can be fixed with a lock. The boys won't understand. Take pity on yourself. Let the soldering iron cool off. Let the iron fade to pale colours. Let the creditors wake up after listening to Tchaikovsky. It'll be easier for them... without the agony...

I'm completely perplexed. Is that how it works? Turns out it does. If I was any more amoral, I'd probably build a business on it. And make a fortune. But I'm not that amoral. Just amoral. Not enough.

What a nightmare...))

There is a double spread in case of extreme criticism - simultaneous opening in different directions :)

This is how one MAM account manager earns, that unlike PAMM only investors money here. In the beginning he advertised his win-winless robot, set up a pyramid invitation with interest and is stripping 30% of profits, 1 pip per trade. True, there are no more profits now, but having this loc, therefore not paying out anything to investors who can't get anything back, 1 pip is enough for him as well, as there are thousands of such accounts in his MAM! Who earns on 2 pips from trades and swap is clear by default.

So petition?

getch: Closer to the truth is the following: At a random entry ( buy or sell and time) probability of stop or take will be PROPORATIONAL tothe square of their relation, i.e. if TP = 20 and SL = 20 then probability of closing in profit will be equal to probability of closing with a loss . Regardless of the trend and currency pair and time history. But if TP = 2* SL the probability of loss will befour times higher.

Hypothesis:

p(TP) / p(SL) == (SL / TP) ^ 2

If that were the case, then with SL/TP=3 there would be p(TP)/p(SL) = 9, and it would be a super profitable system.

Or here is another reasoning: from the red equation it follows that TP*p(TP) / ( SL*p(SL) ) = SL / TP. However, there is a profit factor on the left. It appears that the profit factor only depends on the stop / take ratio. Contradiction.

2 avatara: and there's nothing cycical about it.

That's right. Why do you think that even with SL/TP=10 the probability of accumulating a profit/loss (in the long run) remains the same - 50/50 ?

Granted it may not be 50/50, but for 99.9% of "systems" it will be as it should be, i.e. 50/50. The whole point is that what the creator of the system thinks is a pattern turns out to be just a futile play on noise or highly dependent things. In other words, the "regularities" of such "systems" do not catch the difference between the process and the martingale.
Reason:
