Bitcoin miner - page 43

The thing is, the new 1070 Ti card has just been released, which is almost 2 times cheaper than the 1080Ti, and its

performance is not 2 times worse, plus I really want to try out the RX Vega 64.

I don't want to bring new (unexplored by AMD) cards into the rig which already exists, as it has reached

to its design capacity and brings good profit (now, much more than planned) - what's the point of stopping the machine?

But a new rig is another matter, all the same, buy-buy-buy, configure - downtime is inevitable.

I'm going through the same thing.

I'll put one videotape on for a while and then it's over.

Like this one:

Geforce GTX 1060.

What do you think?

And a 1080Ti is 1.5 times the price of a 70...

I will say this.

Need to put the most modern cards, as an increase in complexity (over time)

would greatly affect your profits (when I was buying components for the Rig, 1070 Ti was not yet available).

And the 1060 is already an "old" card.

Anyway, the bottom line is this.

Any video card costs exactly (???) 10 times more than the income from it.

The question about the meaning of such a purchase is very philosophical...

No one is forcing you to buy anything.

I assume that the profit in the 2nd year of operation will be at least 40% per annum in USD of the invested funds,

and in the 3rd year, at least 75%.

I figured that the risk could be justified, without knowing yet that

CME is opening Bitcoin futures andLedgerX has already opened options expiring in December 2018.

If you want to get your money back "tomorrow" and also make money, you'd better do nothing!

Also, I defined (for myself) the profitability of mining as 8 top video cards, at a Bitcoin cost of $6,000 - $6,200,

which is $24 a day. Now, bitcoin is worth almost 10000$, so the profitability has increased VERY much.

At this Bitcoin price, the profitability from the rig would be $31 - $34 per day.

Nope... Wrong, the profit will be much higher...

You don't get it, I have nothing against it.

I'm just trying to figure out how to get the best out of the hardware.

For example I already found a motherboard with 18 PCI-Express slots, i.e. for 18 graphics cards...

Today, the best one is this one:

But don't be fooled, you can't hook up more than 13 GOOD video cards

I have this exact motherboard in my rig :) and the one I had at first (ASRock H110 Pro BTC+),

Will go in the new rig.

And in any case don't watch videos on youtube about how to connect all video cards and

if you do watch it, pay attention to the hash rate, which is nowhere near

to mine at 562 MN/s on 8 cards!

Why do you need it? You know how to program... I wrote it in MQL and the profit is the same as the farm, only you don't need to buy equipment, just a bot for BTCUSD

Exactly!

But, like me, can you disclose your costs and profits in details?

That's right, you wrote about it, I forgot
