It depends on the pressure. They spin the VHF with compressed air and the pressure is sufficient.
There after watching this youtube video below they suggest looking at flying - also in the air with a jetpack behind and without any hose... :-))) That said, it's not a fact that they fill up with air... But underneath the 'bird' the ground is sprayed beautifully by the jet stream... Look, it doesn't look like mounting, lots of options... including a helicopter rucksack...:-))

Honestly - I don't know, I didn't notice... Maybe there's a trick to landing outside the water - landing with added air, so as not to flood everyone with water... :-))) and there was plenty of water on the dock when it landed... :-)))

with jetpacks - in terms of flight time limitation...1.5-2 min at the most...on water cannons, you bet until you run out of petrol...or water ))))
