Your judgement is strange. I, for one, am neither a professor of economics nor an IT specialist. But Yusufkhoja has many times asked me for help exactly in programming.

Not every system needs a powerful computer (for example for real time analysis of 10 candlesticks). With a fiber optic connection VPS / VDS is composed normally, it seems that the server is something similar to the dealing centres VPS / VDS for 100 rubles :) because high pings and nvernevu brakes. :)
