ADR Target Indicator combines live Average Daily Range boundaries with selected key price levels in one compact area beside the current price action.

ADR boundaries provide practical intraday exit targets. When price extends beyond the projected range, the market may be exhausted, and the potential for a reaction or reversal may increase. Key price levels beyond the ADR boundaries are therefore higher-probability reversal areas.

Rather than extending every level across the chart, the indicator displays short, customizable level lines in one focused area. This keeps the main price action visible and makes the indicator easy to combine with other trading tools.

What ADR Target Indicator Does

ADR measures the average distance between the daily high and low over a selected lookback period. Its upper and lower boundaries show the projected daily range and adjust as new highs or lows form throughout the day.

When price moves beyond the ADR range, the market may be stretched or exhausted for the day, increasing the potential for a reaction or reversal. That is why key reversal levels beyond the ADR may offer higher-probability trading opportunities, while the ADR boundaries themselves can function as target zones before the day ends.

The Custom level set also includes an Average Weekly Range (AWR) option. AWR applies the same concept to weekly price movement, making this exhaustion principle suitable for swing trading.

How to Use

1. Attach ADR Target Indicator to a chart.
2. Select one of the ready-made ADR level sets or choose Custom.
3. Configure the included levels and their settings when using the Custom set.
4. Use the displayed levels as potential reference areas for planning entries, exits, and profit targets.
