Signal ranking! - page 10

Petros Shatakhtsyan:

What if a subscriber comes to you and asks: why did your order close on the plus side and mine on the minus side?

So, you won't say anything? How can you determine the reason without looking at the log or history report?

There are at most a dozen questions like that. All such questions are of a general nature only. They are given a single answer in the style of the FAQ. Where it is explained in maximum detail what, how, why, who is to blame and what to do.

Andrey F. Zelinsky:

Naturally, subscribers must be treated humanly. They subscribe to your signal -- that means they trust their money to you and if you drain their balance -- you drain and no one else.

That's why you have to talk to subscribers. Not to answer their every message, but to talk. At least at some intervals write News about their plans, about the reasons for their failed entry or closure. Write anything that helps to reassure, cheer up the subscriber. Periodicity of the news release should be as short as possible, for example, once a day, twice a week, once a week. But this frequency should be known to subscribers and should be strictly on schedule.

You don't have to read their posts all day long to have such a dialogue at all. You don't have to read them at all. Just write reports with a certain regularity and this will be enough. And you need exactly 30 minutes every day to have a dialog with your subscribers.

And it's clear that when there is a subscription and there is a leak - there will be a lot of angry messages. If they hurt your soul and interfere with your trading, it means that being a signal provider is not for you.

And where have you seen this News to write something there too. They can write anything in the reviews and you can't respond to them.

What will be in the signal description, no one reads, and no one knows the place either.

Then the only thing left for you is the modzi:

If the review is negative and fair, that is one thing.

If it is not fair, you know the nickname of the reviewer, you can contact him personally and try to convince him to correct it.

My observation of the top 1 signal has shown that inadequate reviews are extremely few. They are so isolated that they can be neglected.

Also, "reviews" are not the only or main factor in the subscription decision.

And to reduce the flow of negativity, you have to be adequate. People will always appreciate it.

According to Mayakovsky: "One believes in communism from a book. You never know what you can grind out of a book...".

Another signal that, for some unknown reason, made it into the rankings rather than the rubbish

Another signal that, for some unknown reason, made it to the ranking and not to the trash

there are plenty of those out there.

there are plenty of those out there. the story is drawn.

The story is not drawn, it is untrue and misleading.

You should not show past results, but only from when the signal was monitored.

is not consistent with reality - it is drawn.

Just for myself, if the rating is already low, it cannot be raised even theoretically? For example, if there was a drawdown, then that's it, the signal goes into the "trash" immediately and it becomes unavailable in the terminal?
