Both grades are trading near Wednesday's closing levels on Thursday, awaiting the outcome of the OPEC meeting, which will decide on possible changes to production quotas. Overall, most analysts are leaning towards the Greek elections scheduled for the coming weekend as the outcome will determine further demand for black gold. We note that yesterday the IEA lowered its forecast for oil consumption in 2012 by 100,000 bpd to 89.9 million bpd. At the moment the WTI is supported by the 200-day moving average of $80.80.

Oanda to stop work because of Greece
It should be noted that Oanda belongs to a narrow list of trading platforms that work normally 7 days a week, while most other operators and banks are used to making a weekend between Friday and Monday.
In case the information is true, Oanda's decision would be an unprecedented move, because in all the years of its existence since 1995, the company has never blocked operations for such a long period. The most probable reasons for the corresponding decision of Oanda's management could be a reluctance to allow a sharp surge in volatility and a desire to prevent the distortion of the current valuation of currencies due to the growing pressure of players.
It is also worth noting that the first data from the exit polls, which will provide a preliminary picture of the outcome of the re-run parliamentary elections in Greece, will appear around 20:00 Moscow time. Election commission data will appear in the 22:30-23:00 Moscow timeframe.
Markets are showing increased interest in the Greek vote on 17 June. According to analysts, the outcome of the vote will determine the future development vector of both Greece itself and the euro zone crisis.
All other parties, which are also contesting the elections, will share the remaining seats in parliament. Which of the three main winners they support will determine the policies of the future coalition.

why ? why bother copying it all ? you could have just said - opex will cut production when prices go down, oanda will shut down the terminal for the Greek elections and that's it ))))
Hits the upper level and maybe it'll hit it.
And here "" WTI has a 200-day moving average passing through the $80.80 mark ""
There's something wrong with the moving average here, yeah sometimes you have to check for errors a little bit
why ? why copy all this ? it could have been easier to say - opex will cut production when prices go down, oanda will stop the terminal during the greek elections and that's it ))))
good thing there is no april21 ....)))
An owl has entered the sales ))))
