Oh-ho-ho! :)

Started reading from page one. Got to 25, thought I'd check out the last one. And then... :)

Can you tell me, is it necessary to download the owls from the first post? Or somewhere lost somewhere newer?

Thanks!

The indicator calculates the indexes: USD,EUR,CHF,GBP,JPY,CAD,AUD,NZD

The currency index is calculated as a geometric mean of 8 quotes(origins here).

If there is no direct quote, the inverse is used for the calculation. If neither is available, the calculation is carried out using USD quotations. If they are also missing, the index will not be calculated on the processed bar. Close prices, adjusted by half of the spread, are used for the calculation.

Which indices to calculate is specified in the input parameters: indxUSD,indxEUR,indxCHF,indxGBP,indxJPY,indxCAD,indxAUD,indxNZD (for the calculated indices it should be set "true").

The HistoryDepth parameter limits the calculation depth (the number of bars to be calculated), but if its value is <= 0, the indices will be calculated on all the bars (and that is not very fast, to put it mildly :) ).

The Normalize parameter specifies whether the calculated values will be normalized. When normalizing, the calculated index values are divided by the norm, which is the earliest calculated value.

Isn't that a song? Just one compilation error up to a crap! Thank you. We'll polish the rocket. I'm more of a sailor than a collective farmer.

Also looking for something for easy control. Followed the link and had a look. It's cool, of course, but it's a bit complicated. Don't you have anything simpler?

Roman, on EURCHF the Expert Advisor will lose several times in 2011, judging by the tests. The USDJPY, on the other hand, is much better.
