Mischek:

Oh yes, of course, it's all the mushrooms' fault now. Burn some more.

If you say so... Berries and fruit are designed by nature itself to be eaten by animals. The animal takes the seed (seedpod, nut etc.) "away from the apple tree" and lays it on the ground in a pile of fertilizer.
Nothing similar can be said about mushrooms, alas. They were not meant to be eaten by the Creator.

It's not all so rosy.

While cooking dishes with mushrooms, many people do not think about the fact that not everyone can eat them. Mushrooms contain chitin, a substance which makes the mushroom's cells stiff. Their composition is very similar to the "building material" of crab and shrimp shells, which makes mushrooms a difficult-to-digest food. The coarse fibre in mushrooms is difficult to digest and contributes to increased peristalsis.

This can lead to kinking or twisting of the intestine and consequently to obstruction. Mushrooms also contain substances that cause increased secretion of bile and gastric juice, irritating the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract. Therefore, mushrooms should be eaten only by healthy people, no more than three times a week and in small portions of no more than 150 grams. The kids should not be given mushrooms categorically - their bodies learn to digest such a heavy food only by the age of seven, but it is better not to include mushrooms in the diet of children under 14-16 years. As a last resort, you can offer your teenager a dish of store-bought mushrooms.

Did He fax it to you or did you decide for Him?

You can and should eat mushrooms. They are high in protein and minerals. Are animals and insects stupid or what? Why do they eat mushrooms? :)

I don't see any logic in your reasoning

If they eat them, they eat them raw, not boiled, steamed and fried, which transforms them into something that nature did not intend for them to eat.

Mushrooms are ancient things. So all reasoning regarding berries and fruit is immediately to the side.

Many mushrooms can be eaten raw. Do you like Roquefort cheese? - It's got mushrooms in it!

Especially poisonous ones. So that, you see, they don't get too far away.

Integer:

Gentlemen, this is a smoker's lounge after all, let's eat mushrooms, they are more useful than talking politics.

Dima, the thing is... the mushrooms didn't work, now the mushroom fight's starting. Isn't there some other distracting topic?

Cut fresh mushrooms immediately after picking into thin slices, salt them lightly. chop onions into a bowl, make dressing (oil, vinegar, pepper, salt) and season for a few minutes to an hour (until saliva leaks).
Consume with vodka in the forest near Mogilev (Mogilev is optional, I just tried it there for the first time).
