No, this is a command to the preprocessor.

 

if we're talking about LOCALIZATION, then talk about OnStart()

all reserved words... otherwise it doesn't sound serious...

I already suggested you to use special inludes - it will be possible to write code with swear words. I'll give it a try. I wonder how it would look.
