Abzasc:

Hmm. I can't figure it out. Here's another picture, look by analogy - where's the drop-down list with speeds.

Alternatively, it might not be there, but I don't remember it

No such thing in vista, I have XP on my old computer, it's there.

Angela:

XP, it's there.

What's not an option? Try the XP drivers... then, now v6 is disabled, keep an eye on it.

Isn't that an option? try the dongles from XP... then, now v6 is disabled, keep an eye on it.

Drivers from XP won't work, it's a different adapter. And I can't test it with my old computer now, its power supply is broken and I haven't changed it since autumn.

I don't use v6, I work with v4.

No one is using it, you just removed 6TO4, the support of this very v6, so that it does not interfere (do not conflict).

As for the drivers, I got tired yesterday and said the wrong thing. You have 3 year old ones, if it comes to matching, look for newer ones, not older.

If it doesn't work, let me know.

Good afternoon all !

I'm really sick of this shit:

On some links, where free downloads are announced (books, magazines, progies, videos, etc.), I download a file, often reaching tens of mb.

When I want to open the downloaded file-archive, instead of a file I get this :

As I'm paying for the Internet, such surprises are not desirable!

So the question arises. How can I fight it ? If (I repeat) the address was originally advertised as a free download ?

=========================

As, for example, in this address - just a trap described above:

That begs the question. How to deal with it ? If (again) the address initially announces a supposedly free download ?

You can try a partially undownloaded archive - right-click and then try to extract it, all actions with undownloaded archive will be the same only at the end will be an error CRC

SZS: find a normal warez portal, and books can be downloaded from sites that deal with distribution in pdf djvu - in these formats there is no point in packaging in the archive - the compression is minimal

Don't get involved. It's high time the phone companies were given a pi.... for texting scams. Maybe they should ban texting altogether.

Use trusted resources.

For books you don't need archiving - look for non-packaged ones.

Thank you. That's not a bad address!
