In Excel you can.
It says it doesn't know the format. However, it opens the file and shows a red font like this: "‰°r?X9ґIvs?¹".

Service -> Quotes archive -> Select desired symbol in the left window -> Export.
Select where. E.g. desktop.
File name ...
File type: *.csv
The *.csv file format is well understood by Excel.
