A four-dimensional asshole is a set of three-dimensional assholes nested one inside the other in such a way that for beings with a three-dimensional worldview (such as Homo Sapiens), it is always turned with a hole to the beholder, from whichever side one looks.
Compared to such an asshole, an ordinary asshole is just a minor nuisance :-))

As a follow-up.
My wife's sister, who is a schoolgirl, has been pressuring me to make her a model of something, a contest they're having there. I had to make her a relaxation generator, simply a blinker.
Comes back after the contest and says, first place has been stolen from me... Some geezer brought in a model of a 30:1 paper pushbutton. Made out of the lid of a kilo can of pickled herring.
