Wishes for MQL5 - page 68

I don't think development is underway on VC6.0 now the ludis are switching to VC2010

On pre-release? yup, yup, yup. Not before the first SP is released, forfeit the need to look for someone else's bugs for free.

Everyone is talking about MQL5, but what about the terminal?

Now it is very important to make the terminal crossplatform, at least for the most popular systems - Windows (and in Vista there is still a strange line to the right of the chart in the expanded window), Mac, Linux, Open Solaris.

MQL develop for "housewives" more ready documented functions. For the others, instead of useless DDE, implement a local server for exchange of ticks, history, order processing. This would allow to easily implement the distributed calculations that are really needed.

The result will be an "ideal" client terminal for the analysis (and at the moment it is very convenient), a simple language for writing indicators, Expert Advisors, scripts (in general, automation), and an excellent platform for programmers.

Some foreign terminals that support automated trading support different wonderful languages c/c++, java...

It's time for a radical upgrade of the terminal. And give every user what they need.

I have encountered such a thing, sometimes EAs give out division by 0 or other critical errors, but it is not clear where it happened, can we have more information in this case, e.g. line number, or if there is a debugger - to be called automatically, like "Just-in-time debugging".

A suggestion to the developers.

It's a bit annoying when the window is full screen, the min shift of the chart is ~15% of the width.

If the adjustment started from a shift of !0 bars, my feeling of satisfaction would know no bounds!

right

1. The best editor is the one you know.

2. The best compiler is the one you're fluent in.

VC6++ is a well-established and excellent compiler - development product

and METAQUOTES employees are fluent in it, as we can see.

and there is no reason for them to become beta testers of the latest tool line releases.

With great respect to MQL4 developers, please add pointers, the rest will be done by end users of the product or qualified specialists familiar with C/C++.

There's no way I can get through all 68 sheets.

I don't know what stage mql5 is at, but I 100% need debugger.

There's no way without it.

Debugger it is.

I think they promised

What is a debugger? I apologise for the silly question.
