Alexey Busygin:
It's like a saboteur's manual.
common IT tools, privacy and protection only, no politics or extremism

Dmitry Fedoseev:

So he listed what was needed second... well...

No, he has not listed everything that is needed first, but only what in the context of the narrative is very important and requires significant resources.

The fact that the USSR was bankrupt at the time and would have collapsed one way or another regardless of specific personalities is left out of consideration
That can be argued. Russia after Yeltsin's departure was also in an unenviable position economically and was threatened with further disintegration. But with Putin's arrival, the country has emerged stronger and is no longer in danger of disintegration. So a lot depends on the person in power.

Looking in this thread, every other one is encrypted, hard drives, negotiation.... Suspicious......

Iceland does not have an army and lives on somehow

I have made it clear that the army is necessary for states with huge territories, otherwise it will be torn apart like an animal by its neighbours.

Iceland is not needed in any way, so they don't need an army either.

Note that countries that don't have armies are either colonies of other strong powers, or are directly mandated by strong powers to serve their interests.

+100500..

Speculators are probably hiding suspicious speculative schemes.

thank him very much for that, but it is now obvious that he (or rather the opaque inefficient hypercentralized system for which he is responsible) is the main brake on all development

The security services are there to protect, not to rule.

the issue is again hopelessly heading towards politics........

Once again I call for a return to the technical aspects!

Graalis are very sensitive information

+100500..

Speculators suspicious speculative schemes must be hiding.

Suspicious speculators? Or Suspicious speculative schemes?
The speculators:
Grails are very sensitive information

Is the subject of grails again? What makes you think there are any?

transcendreamer:
The usual IT tools, just privacy and protection, no politics and extremism

It's all nonsense. There are some pretty simple ways to ensure that you are not followed by the authorities on the internet.

1. the way not to use the internet

2. the way to be a foreign citizen

3. the way to have independent channels, preferably satellite

Everything else is nonsense.
