In a normal economic system everyone has to work either with their hands or their heads, work and earn their money or its equivalent. No more than 10% should be deducted from everyone's income to maintain the management system, the manager should never be paid more than the average salary, etc. There should be no indirect taxes, such as Value Added Tax, excise tax, etc. There should be no middlemen when selling products or natural resources, etc. You can figure it out from there.)
