This EA backtest on IBFX but the same result not achievable on demo trading. Anyone??

I am still testing both v2/v2b and here are a few things I am doing to try and limit losses, which can also lower winners.

  • Check the news!
  • Limit trading hours to only 1 or 2 hours daily and outside the typical asian market
  • Try more low-spread pairs
  • Don't rush going live. Give it time to work out your strategy
  • Don't trade Friday
  • Disable live trade when Damiani indicator says DO NOT trade
  • Risk set to 5
  • Take profit lowered to 3
  • MaxTrades to 1
  • MaxTradePerBar to 1
  • MaxTradePerPosition to 1

Yesterday 7 winners no losers for 27 pips

Today 5 winners no losers for 27 pips

Granted these are very low pips per day, but the goal is to make profits while also reducing risk.
