You can check the following:

  • Have you logged in to the Community tab with your forum login/pass?
  • Have you connected to the trading account in Metatrader?
  • and this is the most often advise in such cases (which helps in most cases): reinstall Internet Explorer again. I had different errors on MT4 and MT5, and everything was fixed when I reinstalled Internet Explorer to the latest version (version 11 for now).

Not, I do not have teamviewer (and I do not like to go to the other person's computer).

Major issues related to download the Market prodict are the following:

  • the users did not fill Community tab in Metatrader with their forum login/password (your forum login is jondixon),
    and
  • the users did not check Internet Explorer to be the latest version installed on computer with Windows 10 (I am having version 11),
    and
  • Metatrader should be updated to the latest version (I am having MT4 build 1280 and MT5 build 2572).

So, check all those steps above, and find your purchased product using the search function on the top right corner of Metatrader:

Hello, 

Could you please add shortcut to MT5 to deselect all objects on the chart? 

Now if user wants to select just one object (when other objects are selected) then user needs  to:

  1. select object
  2. Click right
  3. Click deselect
  4. Select target

With shortcut :

  1. user deselect all with shortcut using keybord
  2. User select target
So its much more convinient. Could you please consider adding this to the backlog?

Make sure -

  • that you have Internet Explorer the latest version installed on your PC (I am having version 11);
  • that you are using the latest build of Metatrader,
  • that you are login to Community folder using your login (gnote1) - and not your email.
  • that your password is less than 10 characters (if your password is 10 or more characters - change this password; read this thread for information).

the indicator shows in the terminal /market /purchased but next to the install button it says "product is purchased but not downloaded yet...

Good Morning!

I am not sure if this is the correct place to ask the following so, forgive me if  am at the wrong place.

On the metatrader5 app for android, on the Trade window under the 'Trade' button there is usually a plus/minus amount of all trades running... This amount have disappeared for some reason. I have search in settings and this site to find a solution but to no avail. I have deleted the app numerous times and re-installed it again but it will not show.. Please help... Thank you in advance!!
