Then they write special algorithms that tune this model based on what people want to see, i.e. adjust the network response. The result is a database under the control of annotators.

What is given by nerds as AI manifestation is mostly human-prepared responses or reinforcement-type algorithms. And where they are not prepared, you can see with your own eyes the absurdity of the answers.
