watched or read Livermore, he said it right.
it's silly to wait for a new one
What's the point of writing new books? Everything is in the old ones. Nothing has changed in trading since Livermore's time (only technologies have leaped).
You can make money out of it... you can start small... like with billets and brochures... there will always be newbies willing to pay for it...
It seems to me that such a person should be ashamed that they are not earning, because in 5-6 years people become highly skilled surgeons, programmers, engineers, etc. Spheres that require a lot of knowledge, thinking and working with their hands. In contrast to the forex/exchange market, where you just need to know how to press the buoy/sell buttons, configure the terminal and know the basic functions of a computer, as well as know the maths and know how to calculate.
Well somewhere you need to spend 10000 - 17000 hours on training. That's about 5-6 years of university.
If a surgeon can only stab a man after that, you have studied for nothing.

There is a point, a passive income from royalties. It is also possible to hold all sorts of seminars and master classes.Who has a lot of experience but continues to plummet usually begin to teach others for money that would compensate for previously plummeted (so-called infotsygane).
...
Anecdote.
A seminar on how to make a quick buck. A hall full of people came out. The speaker comes out and asks the audience. How much is a ticket to the seminar. The answer is $1000. And how many places in the hall. The answer is 1000 seats. All right, thank you. Seminar's over.
