Now, let's go back to my point from which this long discussion began:

In order to keep children safe, it is not necessary to fundamentally change the taxation system. It has to be done immediately. And a radical break is not done quickly. And it won't be done until those in charge realise the need for it and figure out what needs to be changed and how.

Wrong, it is the system that needs to be changed, so it won't be like usual: at first something was financed for appearance, and then it all went downhill again ...

You keep demanding someone to provide you with security and a decent life, but where will it come from - don't you want to think?

How else could it be, I am not demanding from someone else but from my government, which exists in order to ensure the safety of its citizens. To take all the necessary measures and create all the conditions for the standard of living to continuously rise. Or do you think that this is not the case?

And how is it? Are you demanding successfully? 😀

And why do you think so?

transcendreamer:

How's that working out for you? 😀

And why do you think so?

You're a great demagogue, congratulations))) It's just a pity that logic is not always consistent and flawless.

I'm just showing you the shakiness of your argument 😀 you keep demanding, demanding, demanding, but you do not even want to think how much it costs and how it will be funded, the training of professional security guards, special equipment and so on, or do you think it will appear for free?

If the funding system I mentioned existed - then you personally could choose where to spend the collected funds, for example you could de-fund the war in Syria, and reallocate these funds for school security (within your allocations, of course).

Well, you give the impression of someone who can be trusted and we all hope that you will convey all our demands to our state.

khorosh:

And my logic is exactly flawless, I show with the utmost clarity by your example that socialists always demand something, but do not want to pay for it.

I am going to the Ministry of Finance tomorrow!

(I don't want to brag too much, especially not to be sdeaned, but I have been involved in a project related to the formation of the federal budget and some KPIs, everything in the public sector is rather conservative and perishable and frankly one should not count on any progressivism...)

If the money from taxes is spent irrationally, then no matter how much you pay it won't do any good. There is not much to spend - to splurge on metal blinds and alarms on the windows. And let the guards work as guards, instead of loafing around in barracks. And you are still paying. The people pay taxes, and not small ones, why should they pay anything else, where is your perfect logic?
