Conservatives have stumped on points, there is no logic to the alienation of pips.

There is nothing stopping them from making the term 'pips' stable in a particular sense - five figures. And it's clear to everyone, and convenient for everyone.

Logic and terminological development suggests that it is time to use these two terms thoroughly.
