MT4 download from any broker, then "Open an account" and enter another broker's name. I haven't seen any restrictions on MT4 yet.
I think there are restrictions on MT5, for example, only the terminal downloaded from the BCS server can connect to the BCS servers. The one that can be downloaded here does not connect.

Try it this way:
Download the terminal file from the DC into a new folder from which you want to run it - there should be nothing else there but this file. You can make it portable - create an icon on desktop and add /portable to its properties. Run the terminal and connect it to Metaquotes-Demo - all that is required and standard terminal will drag itself.
You, too, are a dreamer who thinks that your EA (indicator) idea is a genius or even a grail. You have been offered to post the ToR here and they will write you a code for free (maybe). No one will use your idea (99%) because it is clear only to you and everything was invented before us. )
