Even more ugly. You behave in conversation just as you tweaked it.
Who is the principal? The client who wants the source code or the woman who stuck her neck out and does not want to give it back? Is there only one customer? :)
There are ready-made rules and procedures for settling disputes. They dropped the source code and forgot. Then, if anything, the arbitration will solve it...
If you dig into the issue raised, it is easy to see what it is all about.
What do we have? The client is satisfied and the contractor is not paid.
You suggest that the contractor goes to arbitration? Ok. He applies and gets an automatic response from arbitration - waiting for confirmation of the customer's agreement/disagreement...
One month goes by and there is no customer... And there is no automatic termination of work after acknowledgement by the executor of transfer of the ready decision to the customer, but absence of acknowledgement from the customer that he has received what he ordered.
And he received - all data on this is in the work.
So why can't the automatic completion of work be done a week after the contractor handed over the finished solution, and the client, having received it, has not made a confirmation?
It would rid the forum from the constant reports of performers on such incidents. This is not an isolated incident.

Probably because you need to check the compliance with the TOR... It is difficult to automate this. That's my guess. Everything seems to be correct though. Always do a test period of a couple of days for this kind of thing. Especially when I find customers on other forums. But for the short period I realized that it's better to do everything through mql. If you have done everything according to your terms of reference, you will get the money. I haven't faced arbitrage yet, but it is an acceptable mechanism of dispute resolution. Although, judging by the themes, it is not fast.
The customer has already checked and confirmed this compliance. That's it. There is no need for anyone to check anything. The customer has checked and confirmed everything. Without his confirmation, there would be no transfer of work - the system would simply not allow you to proceed to the step of transferring the work. So, at the last step - and it is up to the customer to transfer the money to the executor - he confirms nothing. The contractor has completed ALL the steps. And the customer has not confirmed the last step, which is always up to him. Do you understand?
Going to arbitration at this stage is an unnecessary hassle for the contractor. The client already has everything he ordered. And the contractor has a confirmed order, but no money. What is arbitration for? Which automatically asks to wait until the customer appears and agrees to this arbitration. There is no need for arbitration in this situation. What is needed is autocompletion of the work after a week and unlocking the money from the contractor for the completed order, which has already been confirmed as completed by the client.
The customer has already checked and confirmed this compliance. That's it. Nobody needs to check anything. The customer has checked and confirmed everything. ...
that's all theory -- practice is different -- a cloud of customers confirm a step as soon as the developer confirms the step -- and then look and verify.
when asked why, the customer's answer is "didn't understand the service" -- and these are not isolated cases.
Yes, you can build everything in the style of "who's the customer's doctor" - but it will be a deliberate trickery and fraud - which is not good.
A properly built service is a service built around the customer and the fact that the customer came for the first time and did not understand the service.

This is now your view of how it should be. But a validated demonstration and a validated work are different things within freelancing. A demonstration, as you can see, is not considered a completed job yet. Ask these questions to the developers. Maybe they will change that.
But the arbitration, judging from the latest posts in the relevant threads, has started to resolve issues more quickly.
Automating the process is not difficult.
For example:
The result: the customer's rights are respected, the arbitrator is relieved, and the contractor is not worried.
...
As a result: .... the doer is not worried.
wow -- what a poor performer this site is -- what about the customer? what should he do? -- here's a thread the other day:A custom developer won't get in touch.
everyone forgets that in the case of termination in favor of the customer (if the Developer is out of contact) -- the customer loses 10% -- and that in this case, the customer is out of contact.
Imagine, if the customer leaves, the contractor pays 10%.
This is the advice given to the customer:"wait a while. Executors are human beings too."
and what advice do they give to the contractor when the customer is out of contact? of course:"delete the accounts of such careless users"[https://www.mql5.com/ru/forum/285790/page4#comment_15771616].
p.s. no automatic termination -- termination is only possible from the customer or the arbitration side -- all other variations "from the sly ginger face".

Sometimes even that is not enough. There was a big scandal relatively recently...
Hi.
It's not really that bad with hang-ups.
If the customer has bailed for one reason or another, the developer can go to arbitration.
If the arbitrator does not appear for a long time, you can post on the forum in the relevant threads.
If the post on the forum did not help, you can write to servicedesk.
