However, I wonder - what will happen if millions of traders use the same TS? The answer - Forex will cease to exist, dealing centers and stock exchanges will not be profitable to do this business. Everyone will go back to pegging local currencies to gold and that will be it

The answer is wrong.
Let's say, the exchange does not give a damn. This is just a platform, like a grocery market.) You rent a space - then it is your problem.
