take a look at the graph of the previous rate cuts on 3.11.2011 and 8.12.2011 If not the rate, how do you explain these cuts?

Exactly my point - no correlation there, up in one case, down in the other. Why do you have so much rubbish on foundations in your heads?) Get the whole thing out of your head.

And yet 9.11 did go down. And you didn't answer the question, if not the rate, what influenced it?
