The ass is really outstanding. But there's a "but."

Beautiful, but not practical - missing (underdeveloped or atrophied) muscles lead to problems during childbirth. It's the bane of today's youth. That's what my brother, a neurologist by profession but a gynaecologist by vocation, explained to me. :)
