It is a typical graphing task. This type of tasks mostly belongs to the area where printed circuit boards templates are developed. The lines which the author of this demotivator asks to draw are most likely the tracks of a printed circuit board.

I didn't draw the blue stripes for nothing, either.... But as practice has shown, it's best to use the colour of the squares frame...

Bottom line: three solutions found....
