What is this nonsense? For democrats to get less than 50% is tantamount to the defeat of the Germans near Moscow and the East has already voted that way. Let me remind you that after Moscow the war went on for another three years :)).
And what did you expect? Three percent? I think that at this stage the task will be fulfilled if the Yedrussians get about 50% and the Socialists get into the Duma. It wouldn't be bad to get Yavlinsky through in person, but Yabloko is unlikely to get 5% - he'll have to collect 2 million votes to be nominated for president.
