Help is needed to get the "Russian Fires 2010" portal up and running quickly. (russian-fires.ru). - page 28

Oh, man. Men, why bother with this pseudoscientific nonsense? There are simple and time-tested ways to eat right now: diet and exercise. You have to follow regimes of sleep and rest, diet and balance, not to overeat, get out into nature and, at least sometimes, go in for sports. We should not socialise over a pint of beer, but in a better environment. We can sometimes fast if it makes us feel better but should we consider it a cure or a treatment? This is nonsense.

Right, if you've been in good health since childhood, apart from a little thing like rubella, you're not likely to go on a fast, so thank God! We all wish we were that healthy into old age. But believe me, if you have health problems, only surgeons here work well, all other doctors, except for a few, are narrow specialists who see diseases even where they are not. They will cripple you without blinking an eye:((((

Starvation is indeed a panacea, but only if you use it as instructed, otherwise you could die.

gip:

You guys are probably hypertensive and overweight or have digestive problems. Don't carry your personal experience onto everyone.

Somehow you have to write not that "starvation is a cure". It should be more specific, because some people get cured and some people get crippled.

When starving, the body, thinking it's fucked, like not harvesting, starts a bunch of processes aimed at self-preservation and survival

In practice you should probably do it under the supervision of a doctor, in the 90s I worked in an office and fasting became the fashion in the office, it helped a lot but slowed things down,

a lot of people got peptic ulcers.

Mischek:

The most interesting thing happens afterwards.

The body remembers roughly what happened and how it did it, so it starts stockpiling at the first opportunity.

OlegTs:

Starvation is really a panacea

Starvation and homelessness after fires and in crisis is just what the doctor ordered. We should put it on a par with nanotechnology.

:)

That's what I'm saying, you can't make any mistakes here, it will only make things worse, you have to start under 'supervision'...

Going off hunger strike is always very dangerous, you can ruin your pancreas or stomach just like that...

Fi. Innovation is our credo! :)

Has anyone here and there fasted, er... purposely, like on a system or something? Apart from Vadim :)

Or is it like "I haven't tried it on myself, but I have my opinion and strongly recommend it" ? ;)

alexx_v:

Or is it all a matter of "I haven't tried it on myself, but I have my own opinion and would highly recommend it to you"? ;)

Traditionally, women have been restricting their eating habits, which is very hazardous to their health.

But, of course, that's not an argument, because you just have to look at all sorts of textbooks.

They made me angry at work most of all, I was getting less and less useful every day, I don't feel comfortable swearing and walking around the office like zombies, they just keep on falling over.

Terrified at the thought of skipping lunch?
