Why are you surprised.... there was a gap.... it was tried to be closed because the courts were no longer going to meet any time soon. And since all ruptures have to be closed. So the chinese thought. We'd better close it now, so that we won't feel sorry later for the gap that was left for nothing.....

A sideways correction with a downward slope is looming, then an upward breakout
 
If the hour closes below 1.3963, which is unlikely, the signal will be down. One at any rate........Then we'll see if it goes up......
