yeah .......

...... Despite the presence of nuclear weapons in North Korea, in Pakistan, which has terrorist organizations on its territory, and which is in constant conflict with India, despite the "headline news" - the conflict between Israel and Palestine, the future U.S. President Barack Obama calls the main problem of 2009 exactly Iran....

.... The Second World War, though inflicting devastation and great loss of life in Europe and the USSR, was nevertheless a lifesaver for the American economy after the "Great Depression". And it is with the latter that the current crisis is being compared.

...... The entire global GDP is about $50 trillion, and the volume of derivatives registered on the interbank market alone is $500 trillion! And what is the basis of these derivatives? Underlying assets? Securities, oil, gold, 'simple' debts? Not at all! Most derivatives are based on complex mathematical models that continually revalue current prices in real time, using formulas, information from different markets, etc. The global economy is being pumped with these phantoms today,..........

NIHERASEBE.............

This populism has been around for a long time, only in a slightly different form.

...
Before that we used to reason - someone grows bread, produces potatoes, milks a cow, and the rest of us are freeloaders and wretches.
Down with these phantoms from the neck of the working people!

Like the Worker is in charge - he provides for himself, the rest are derivatives!
the agitation for the proletarian revolution is a direct analogy to the supposedly unspecified financial derivatives.
- The hegemon was invited to "take and divide" and now finance is being taken over.
And now this agitator and others don't seem to understand
What will the underlying assets be worth and how will they live without derivatives?!

P.S.the controlling example is Zimbabwe, the underlying assets have been kept but the derivatives have been thrown out.

As I read this thread, I keep thinking of the film Heart of a Dog. There's a phrase in it called DISTRIBUTION IN WISDOM. Could there also be a crisis in our minds?

What has happened in recent years? More and more people were gaining access to forex. And the big players, it became harder to regulate it (with various statements, publications, interest rates, etc., etc.) the masses began to control currency rates.

And the market does not care where a trader was born, or how he or she feels about America or Russia. Only the smart and competent survive here, those who predict and analyze better, those who know and are able.

As for the confrontation.

In the last 100 years, what has America experienced ? The "Great Crisis of the 30's" and that's it (and they've been gasping for 100 years for the horror of it).

And Russia? Revolution - nationalization - WW2 - Lenin - Stalin - Beria - break-up of the Soviet Union (Mishka - Raika - Perestroika) - privatization - default.

Russia will pull through, but I doubt America will start to sink, the rats will run off the ship again in search of a better one.

interesting analogy

My grandmother told me how some of the well-to-do families in our village were dispossessed - they were taken to Siberia, and then a couple of years later they were dispossessed a second time - already in Siberia.

There are many amazing things in history.
Here we have Cossacks who were dispossessed by the Cossacks, and it turned out like this:
the first settlers were given 20 dessiatinas per capita,
And the last ones got 20 dessiatinas per capita, but not black earth, but podzol and loam with stones.
And in order to take possession of the chernozem, one's souls got in the way, like one's own, Cossack souls...

Or this:

.................Forbes world list lacks bankers like Rockefeller and Rothschild, the former has only about $800 million and the latter about $750 million. Not even close to a billion. Though, by my estimation, each of them really "weighs" 9-10 trillion dollars.............

I recently re-read the history of the Rothschild family...

They and a few others like them are the puppeteers. That's why they do not shine anywhere, you will not find anything about them in magazines.

Puppeteering is very cunning. Echeloned. Through a very long and dedicated chain. Governments, the press, banks, major world industries, organising wars, all over the world... It's all them. And they won't talk about it themselves.
