1st of all the ratios not correct, that C point never touched the 127.2,

2nd TradeEmpowered targets for cypher pattern are: 38.2 and 61.8

few post ago there was a post giving the all history of the cypher pattern by trade empowered

check it out, it'll help you filter signals by your own.
