No my CCI63 is actually behaving, Cake-Man. As seen on the 5m strategy we use 2 charts. A 15m and 5m, whilst display both CCI's and that of the 60m, yes. Well what I have done here with the 4hr strategy is create a 5m entry.
The technical analysis is all done on the 4hr. All your support and resistance levels etc, then upon the cross alert from the new 5 old 7 CCI you can either just jump in OR switch to the 5m mode for a better timed entry will a lesser stop loss.
We still play 4hr rules and manage it on the 4hr, but this not only gets us in a little better, it blends the old strategy with the new perfectly.
All you see in my 63CCI window above is the 7 overlaid. I have made it black for demonstration purposes but mine is actually gainsboro, and very nice indeed. No doubt Scoprion will be changing hers to caramel or cotton candy.
Yes so that's it really. A rather fine belnd finally completed. I will give it a little whirl next week with some real cash. All that demo trading is a waste of time if I can use a 5m entry.
I don't know what happened last night. It appears I may have passed out rather early, so all refreshed. Allow me to set up this 5m gig on the laptop in the comfort of my bed and I will find us some potentials for the forthcoming week. Back in a couple of candles. Watch this space.

The 7CCI on the 4hr chart is a nice little weapon, but in relative terms, it doesn't really add up to anything on the other timeframes.
I set it as a 7 as the 5m strategy uses a 7 and I thought it woul be be good to keep it standard.
However, after some rummaging around I think I might be onto something.
Should we change that 7 to a 5 it becomes the 60m 21CCI !!!
Get the voice signal on a nice 4hr set-up, switch to the 5m, see the 252CCI cross (also 60m 21CCI / 4hr 5),
then treat it like a 5m trade with the 63 and 7.
If the 252 has crossed then we know the 15m CCI (63) would have too, just wait for the 7 retrace & recross and off you go.
This will only work if the set-up has come from the 4hr. For all short-term then stick with the other strategy, but this is a nice in-between.

pic 3 shows the second two
pic 4 shows how to wait for the 7CCI retrace and reccross.
Pic 3 acually shows a cheeky little recross on the 252 halfway between the other 2 signals.
Forgive me if you are confused, but I am just trying to get the two strategys to work together, hand in hand and this might be a happy medium for those with more time on their hands with which to time their entries better and have a tighter stop.

Been away for 4 weeks, so just read thru the entire thread. You are a great teacher Pimp with lots of patience. I know the techniques work and its great that a like minded community has been set up. Thanks also to Cako for setting up the Boiler Room and am looking forward to getting back into my trading next week.

I was meant to be in Cambodia right now, on a mission to help the kids in the many orphanages in Phnom Penh, but unfortunately have had to suspend that trip.................. I'm just some geek with no social life, who enjoys playing with charts...............

You mention no social life. If it's any consolation, the cinema tonight is the highlight of our weekend.
My wife and I were in Marbella before we had kids and loved it. You'll have a great time there and hopefully plenty of socialising.
About the trip to Cambodia, we chatted before about giving a little bit back to those in need. With your strategy we can all become abundandtly wealthy here and I see our little community doing something amazing in the near future............hold that thought, everybody.

Greetings everybody from a rainy & miserable England.
I hope you all had a nice weekend, shoe-shopping with those 'hard-earned' pips.
Good to see you back Chris. You have missed ALL the great action.
Todays action looks at first-glance like a few little recoveries could be on the cards.
However, on closer inspection these early moves look like they could turn out to be falsies.
I would really like to see Crude break $116.30 and Gold $809 before I get carried-away with the potential of a Dollar slack off.
Cable still has the 4hr to deal with at 1.8750, Euro has the 60m 50 at 1.4790 and then the 4hr 20 just 30 pips higher.
On the downside for both Swissie and Jpy well theres not many gaps at all.
A break of S1 at 1.0930 sees daylight for 20 pips to the 4hr 20 but that's it.
Some Swssie numbers out a little later but am not overly excited.
Yhr prospect of a slightly higher Pound on the break of R1 might be worth a look but nothing else tickling my fancy until I get a clearer direction on Big-guns.
The Correlation indicator is actually showing Dollar weakness on the 4hr Timeframe so 50 pips from cable may not be too much to ask IF crude pulls his finger out AND Gold can break the $800 highs of Friday.

Oversold on the daily CCI but a 3 point break has just occurred on this pair.
7CCI and red Heiken have confirmed the bounce off the pivot.
Lets see how she goes.

Looks like that GBPJPY just finished period of consolidation and continues to go down as i write this.
I've been watching this today on 15min chart - break, re-test from below and continuation.
