I assume your PipStep=30 and TP=20
When averaging is done this is what happens.
The average entry price gets calculated (1.8879+1.8909)/2 = 1.8894
The new TP for *both* lots becomes 1.8894-0.0020=1.8874
And because the TP is the same they also get closed at the same time.
There could be minute diffrence for some reason but not over an hour
like in your test.

No your settings are are fine.
It's part of the code.
I just wanted to say it's not part of the original rules.
The original rules average; these rules just add.
Maybe someone had a good reason for it.
Just wanted to post my observation thats all.
Can anyone tell me how to adjust the EA so I can reduce the amount of trades which are executed? System runs great however for the first time since I started using the EA I noted I was margined out ....
Please if someone could post information on how to change some of these settings?

SanchezTry to use the new Firebird (v1.0c) with the user controlled max number of open trades.

When I open the script up using Metaeditor I see a line which reads like this,
extern int MaxOpenOrders = 10;
I would think with this line in the program 1o trades would be the maximum?

SanchezThat 10 trades per chart. Not total trades for all charts. I suggest to set it to 3 and try that setting.
