Reinstalou tudo numa pasta diferente, ainda não funcionando.

O mesmo problema - o testador não funciona. Depois de premir o botão Start, "pensa" durante alguns segundos, carrega dados, mas o teste nem sequer começa (o botão Start aparece novamente).
