Spécifications

советник не правильно открывает сделки по времени, если время терминала и время компьютера отличаются.

вся проблема, а так же сама функция, которую нужно исправить находится ЗДЕСЬ

нужно что бы все данные по времени, по дате и дню недели функция брала из терминала.
