Tarea técnica

I need a simple breakout strategy made into an Expert Advisor. The strategy is based on the Hi and Low (and also have an offset setting from the Hi and Low Price) of a specified time. Trades will be entered when the price breaks out of the Hi or Low during specified trading hours. Trades will have two take profit levels, a stop loss, trailing stop loss, and break even settings. The EA will also need which days of the week it can trade. The price levels, trading time, take profit, and stop loss will need to be displayed on the chart.
