Long Position
1. Trend Line: When a Lower High (LH) is formed, draw a trend line from the previous Higher High (HH) to the new LH.
2. Trend Line Adjustment: If a new Lower High (LH) is formed without breaking the trend line, redraw the trend line to the new LH. Draw a trend line between the Higher High (HH) and the Higher Low (HL). If a new Higher High (HH) is formed, remove the previous trend line and draw a new one connecting the new HH and the previous HL.
3. Entry: If the candlestick closes above the trend line drawn from the Higher High (HH) to the Lower High (LH) as indicated by the arrow, enter a long position.
4. Stop-Loss: If the candlestick closes below the previous low, exit the position.
5. Take-Profit: Set the take-profit level at the same number of points as the distance between the entry price and the stop-loss.
Short Position
1. Trend Line: When a Higher Low (HL) is formed, draw a trend line from the previous Lower Low (LL) to the new HL.
2. Trend Line Adjustment: If a new Higher Low (HL) is formed without breaking the trend line, redraw the trend line to the new HL. Draw a trend line between the Lower Low (LL) and the Lower High (LH). If a new Lower Low (LL) is formed, remove the previous trend line and draw a new one connecting the new LL and the previous LH.
3. Entry: If the candlestick closes below the trend line drawn from the Lower Low (LL) to the Higher Low (HL) as indicated by the arrow, enter a short position.
4. Stop-Loss: If the candlestick closes above the previous high, exit the position.
5. Take-Profit: Set the take-profit level at the same number of points as the distance between the entry price and the stop-loss.
