Create a Binary Option EA following a indicator

I would like build a expert advisor that trade binary options utilising a private indicator. This expert advisor must trade binary options and trade forex.

Settings:

1- Trade time control;

2- Expiration binary options based in candle (next candle, 2 next candle, for example, etc);

3- Expiration binary options based in time (1 second, 1 minute, 3 minutes, for example, etc.);

4- Martingale option (next bar or next trade);

5- Entry binary option and forex actual candle or next candle (next candle, 2 next candle etc);

6- Entry forex LIMIT ORDER (in points) or MARKET ORDER;

7- Stop loss and Take profit set to forex trades;

8- Breakeven to forex trade based in points;

9- Trailing stop to forex trades.
