Ea With 10 indicators

I want an EA with signals of these 10 indicators:

Bollinger Bands,ADX,Bears,Bulls,Force,OsMA,Momentum,RVI,ATR,OBV

For each EA There are simple individual rules for buying and selling

Each indicator must have an ability to be enabled or disabled

If multiple Indicators were enabled EA only should trade if all indicators generate signal at the exact same time.

For money management 2 methods:

1- Fixed (Simple TP and Simple SL and a fixed lot size)

2- Recovery ( Fixed lot size and Simple TP but no SL, Instead of SL every 50 pips against the opened trade another trade will be open until sum of all recovery trades get to a certain amount of profit)
