indicator (with Period, default settings Period=14)

indicator (with one level VL at 100)
System must
be used in two ways:
-automated
operation (open & close positions & fix stop losses and Take profits)
Or
-only as an
indicator with notification (by sending a notification to MT4 mobile app)
System must
operate in the following way:
When CCI indicator (currently) start from MinCCI
and as soon as goes over
TCCIMax and volumes are higher than
VL level and bulls and bears are both positive (or
overcome a specificated setting into parameters (e.g. 1.50) and the long-period trend is LONG
(understood from higher timeframes (M5,M15,M30,H1,H4)) then (if automated
operation is True) it opens a BUY order of specified Size (default
parameter=0.01) and put Stop loss at a specified value (default parameter=250)
and a Trailing Stop at a specified value (default parameter=400). As long as an
order is open, no other orders must be opened. If automated operation is false
it must immediately send a notification on MT4 app. The opposite for
SHORT positions.

I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders.
