Tarea técnica

I need an expert programmer to do the following:

Create an EA that detect the account opened trades and disable for specific currency pair when reached threshold.


Requirement: 

1. A dashboard which display the current number of positions (buy, sell and pending orders) for the entire account of each currency pair separately. 


2. Count the total opened positions for each currency pair in previous certain period as a threshold (can be adjusted by parameters filed, e.g X trades within Y minutes).


3. Able to choose what action/actions to be taken (close all positions with that currency pairs, remove the attached EA for that currency pair, untick the specific currency "Allow live trading" option and/or close the currency chart for that currency pair) if requirement 2 threshold met.
