Need expert advisor to trade with semafor indicator at channel red zone

I need someone help me develop an expert advisor to auto trade with 2 indicators below :

1) semafor - Red circle mean Sell.

                  - Green circle mean Buy.

2) Channel - open trade At least middle of red zone.

The EA must have at least 2 setting options let me select :

1) Trade at least middle of Red Zone (please refer to the picture yellow arrows)

2) Trade outside the channel. (please refer to the picture white arrow). 

EA must have option to let me set SL 30 pips or 50 pips, tp 10 pips or 20 pips.

EA must not open 2nd trade of the same pair (it mean the ea must check all active trades, if the active trades dont have the pair, then only can open a new trade for the pair).
