Tarea técnica

I have an existing pre-programmed indicator that look for certain candlestick pattern to plot buy and sell signals. Source code will be provided. 

Will like to add stochastics and MA as filters to increase reliability. 

Also to add in money and trade management, with SL and take profit rules to create an EA out of it. 

Requirements: 

1. Code must be efficient and not put together modules of code with no concern as to how efficient they are

2. Source MQL required

3. Able to work on extension of project immediately follow completion of this current version 

Will provide full project scope to coder selected. Looking for programmer who can maintain long term relationship for more projects.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders. I've checked every possible reason that might be the reason why it does not open sell orders, but I can't find anything, especially since it works fine in the real market and it opens both buys and sells
