INDICATOR CODING

I need a very experience developer/ Decoder to do a project of simple indicator for me. The person must have a knowledge of BO indicator who can add value to the job for extra tea cup for a good job.the project:  I need an indicator that will signals when either or combination of the following conditions breach: ( BB: & BB)   (RSI:). using your experience of coding and algorithm. ( A) I want the signals to fires up at the start of the candle that moves outside either of the 2 BB so both BB numbers have to be used. (B) I want the signals to fires up when the RSI get to 68 and above as overbought  while signal fires up from 40 and below as oversold.    (C) the signal to fired up if the both condition breach the condition. (D) it must have true/ false ( E) all alerts must be included. (F). I must be able to test the indicator before payment will be release (G) A price action movement must be incorporated  . (h) I will need the Source code so that I can manually change the Inputs for privacy reason. On 5M Chart

I will give the values  of the 2 BB and RSI to selected developer privately
