Hello MQL4 coders,

I need an Expert Advisor which handles two principal aspects of orders placed manually or by EA: dynamic stop loss (locking in profit) and partial closures.

The EA check that there is SL and TP values and calculates the risk reward ratio. Suppose that N is the distance between Entry and SL.

When the current price reaches a certain profit, the EA moves SL value defined in the following table.

Profit

Value of SL should be

1*N

First price when Profit > Commissions + Swap

2*N

1*N

...

...

x*N

Closure at TP

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also when the current price reaches a certain profit, we need the possibility to partially close the order. Suppose that M is the distance between Entry and TP.

The EA can partially close the order at 3 different levels (expressed as a percentage of M).

Levels

Closing Lots

TP1% of M

CLOSE1 % of Order Lots

TP2% of M

CLOSE2 %  of Order Lots

TP3% of M

CLOSE3 %  of Order Lots

 

 

 

 



The dynamic stop loss need to be compatible with the partial closures. If an order is partially closed, the stop loss should move dynamically on the basis of the N value when the order was opened.

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders.
