Signal EMA/RSI Dashboard -- Clean Looking --- Must go onto a website (updates automatically)

I want an indicator that takes up the whole chart that represents a dashboard. On the dashboard would be a list of the alerts that the indicator has shown a signal of when the indicator gives an arrow with the direction. I would like it to have the Date, Signal Time, Symbol, Direction, Target price alerted at, and if it was a win or loss based upon if price went in the correct direction of atleast 25 pips (should also be able to edit this input). I would like the file to be encrypted with my name. The Dashboard should look like the attached picture. I want this dashboard to be able to embed into my website. The signals and dashboard should update automatically with signals. I should be able to custom the settings of the signal dashboard such as RSI and EMA settings. I want the signals to appear based upon EMAs and RSI. If you can make this dashboard and able to embed onto my website.
