Binary Option EA developement automatic 100% and manually 100% panel

Hi I would like to create an EA for binary option (MT4)

offers binary option trading through all MT4 platform. that automatically plots highs and lows based on the strategy found in this script on all time frames. Please let me know the costs and time it will take to get this EA. I need it to give alerts as it indicates the highs and lows automatically with no repainting. The script where the strategy should be taken from is plus a BO-indicator Signal Alert, sell signal going down, buy signal going up. Please study the script attached

- EA automatically and manuell (Panel)
- All BO MT4
- All BO par
- All time frame M1 M5 M15 M30 H1 H4 d1 wi 1MN
- Volume 1$ ,2$, 3$,........... .1000$

- MONEY MANAGEMENT ( For exemple: if previous is loss 10$, then next trade is 10 x 2 ( multiplier ) = 20$.
then if it win 16$ ( 20 x 0.8 ), then next trade is 16$

- sell signal going down, buy signal going up :
( The BO-indicator is designed so that it works for 1 min, 5 min, 15 min, 1 hr and daily deadlines. use these deadlines to perfectly with the signals.

Trading with the 1 min - Chart - 5 mins expired
Trading with the 5 min - Chart - 20 minutes expired
Trading with the 1hr - Chart - expired at end of day
Trading with the daily chart - expired at the end of the week )
