The EA will be used to set Pending Stop orders on MT4 (Oanda 5 digit)

For Shorts the EA will be set when price is below a Resistance level. Price then moves up to the resistance price. Once the price reaches the Resistance level then the EA will then set one or more (user defined) Stop orders below the Resistance price. The expectation is that price will turn around at (or somewhere above ) the resistance level and move back down, triggering the short stop orders as the price moves down.

The same principle applies to Longs in reverse, i.e price will be above a Support level. Once the price moves down to the Support level then the EA will set one or more (user defined) Stop orders above the Support price. As price reverses and moves back up it triggers the Long Stop orders.

SL and TP levels to be defined as part of the ea.

The EA should also include a Break Even function. When price triggers the stop orders and moves a certain number of pips then the order is set to BE (+ a buffer)

EA not opening sell orders in strategy tester 30+ USD
I have a custom EA that works fine in the live market trading, but when doing a back test in the strategy tester , it does not open sell orders. There are no errors or warnings; it just doesn't open sell orders.
